The story of 'The GentleWoman'

We seemed to accumulate a large number of amazing magazines while in Paris, I found mens magazine The Fantastic Man only to the find the first issue of it's sister magazine 'The GentleWoman upon my arrival home.

The biannual magazine focuses on contempary style rather than celebrity fashions, influential women are featured and  interviewed throughout the issue.

Monochrome is the style the art directors have adopted, with the minimal design and font adding to the atmosphere of the editorials; Phoebe Philo is featured in a black and white portrait on the front of the magazine.

The magazine editors aimed to produce a publication that is focused on the articles and gives the readers insightfu,l thorough stories about fantastic women.

The magazine launched with a 'small preview party' in Paris to show fashions new story book to the style world.
